A nose full of red fruit with notes of a young Sangiovese, soft spiciness with a good structure and pleasant mouthfeel.
This wine is an excellent companion for many meals.
Reared in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 21-23° C, maceration on the skin for 8-10 days.
Serving temperature 16-18° C.
The soils of Vallocaia are marked by an abundant presence of sand and a varied colouring. The altitude is between 260 and 320 m above sea level. The Sangiovese of this area gives wines of great distinctiveness, with characteristics of finesse, elegance and complexity.
