From vineyards in the Veneto region. Méthode Charmat.
Around 1850, cobbler Amadio Pirovano decided to give up his job as a shoemaker for his passion: wine. Together with his sons Constantino and Antonio, he opens a restaurant with local wines. In 1910, the success of their hobby, which had got out of hand, led them to start a small wine company. The small wine company has since grown into a large company with wines from various Italian wine regions: Veneto, Abruzzo, The Marches, Apulia and Sardinia.

Besides still wines, Pirovano makes quality ‘spumanti’, under the name Casa Coller.
