Vineyards and Harvest

The grapes are cultivated in three carefully managed vineyards under the supervision of winemaker Roelie Joubert. Through meticulous care and selection during véraison, only a limited number of grape clusters remain per vine, enhancing concentration and complexity.

The harvest takes place in five phases, ensuring that each grape is picked at its optimal ripeness. This meticulous process contributes to a refined structure and a well-balanced flavor profile.

After harvesting, the juice undergoes controlled fermentation in French oak barrels, with 50% new oak. This process adds subtle woody notes and enhances depth. The wine is then aged for ten months in oak, resulting in a harmonious balance of freshness and complexity.
