Barramundi<\/strong> produces this wine using grapes from various vineyards in Victoria, a wine region in southeastern Australia. After harvest, a cold maceration process takes place to extract color and aromas. Fermentation begins at a controlled temperature of 24\u00b0C and finishes at 20\u00b0C. Over 10 days, the must is regularly pumped over the skins to enhance color and structure. The wine is then aged for six months in new American oak barrels.<\/p>

This producer from the Murray-Darling region perfectly embodies the approach to accessible and expressive Australian wines. Their wines are known for their fruity character and excellent price-quality ratio, appealing to wine lovers looking for authentic and unpretentious wines.<\/p>
