Originating from the Lieudit Ponci\u00e9 within the Fleurie appellation, Domaine Anita presents a refined wine of exceptional quality.<\/b><\/b><\/p>\r\n

The vineyard, situated on pink granite soils at an altitude of 260 meters and facing southeast, provides ideal conditions for the 45-year-old Gamay vines. Here, the grapes are meticulously handpicked and carefully selected, laying the foundation for a unique wine experience.<\/p>\r\n

The vinification process follows the traditional mac\u00e9ration semi-carbonique<\/i> technique, also known as \u201cVinification Beaujolaise.\u201d Over a period of 12 days, whole grape clusters undergo fermentation, resulting in a fruity character and a smooth flavor structure. After fermentation, the wine matures for 6 months in cement tanks, followed by 3 months of bottle aging, allowing the complex aromas and elegance to fully develop.<\/p>\r\n
