The Vinification process<\/p>\n

After harvesting, the grapes are carefully pressed, avoiding contact with the skins as much as possible. This helps to preserve the natural purity and fruitiness of the grapes. Most of the wine is then fermented at a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius in stainless steel tanks, which helps the wines retain their fresh and vibrant flavour profile.<\/p>\n

About 40% of the wine undergoes maturation in both American and French oak for three to four months. This ageing adds subtle nuances of vanilla, spice and a delicate wood structure, adding to the wine’s complexity and depth.<\/p>\n
