General Terms and Conditions of Pure Taste Franc SAS

Article 1 – Definitions
In these general terms and conditions, the following terms shall be defined as follows:
a. Pure Taste Franc SAS: refers to the company Pure Taste Franc SAS, located at [address], registered under the French company number [company number].
b. Customer: refers to any natural person or legal entity entering into a contractual relationship with Pure Taste Franc SAS.
c. Goods: refers to all products, food, beverages, accessories, and other items offered by Pure Taste Franc SAS.

Article 2 – Applicability
1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Pure Taste Franc SAS and the customer.
2. By using the services of Pure Taste Franc SAS and/or placing an order, the customer agrees to the applicability of these general terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Offers and Agreements
1. All offers made by Pure Taste Franc SAS are non-binding and valid while stocks last.
2. An agreement between Pure Taste Franc SAS and the customer is concluded once Pure Taste Franc SAS confirms an order in writing or starts the execution of the order.

Article 4 – Prices
1. All prices are stated in euros and include VAT unless otherwise indicated.
2. Pure Taste Franc SAS reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

Article 5 – Delivery
1. The delivery of goods shall be made to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process.
2. Pure Taste Franc SAS will make reasonable efforts to deliver the order within a reasonable period. However, delivery times are indicative and not binding.
3. Pure taste France SAS does not sell alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)
1. The customer has the right to cancel the order within fourteen (14) days after receiving the goods, without giving any reasons.
2. If the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, he/she must notify Pure Taste Franc SAS in writing.
3. The customer is responsible for returning the goods and bears the costs of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Article 7 – Warranty and Conformity
1. Pure Taste Franc SAS warrants that the delivered goods comply with the agreement and meet reasonable requirements of soundness and usability.
2. Any complaints regarding the delivered goods must be communicated to Pure Taste Franc SAS in writing as soon as possible and within a reasonable time after detection.

Article 8 – Liability
1. Pure Taste Franc SAS is only liable for direct damages caused by intent or gross negligence of Pure Taste Franc SAS.
2. The total liability of Pure Taste Franc SAS is limited to the amount covered by the liability insurance.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property
1. All intellectual property rights related to the goods supplied by Pure Taste Franc SAS, such as copyrights and trademarks, remain the property of Pure Taste Franc SAS.

Article 10 – Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
1. All agreements between Pure Taste Franc SAS and the customer are governed by French law.
2. Disputes arising from or relating to the agreement shall be submitted to the competent court in France.
