“Crafted from carefully selected vineyards in the picturesque Mendoza province of Argentina, our Chardonnay embodies the essence of this enchanting region. The Chardonnay grapes are meticulously destemmed, cold-peeled, and gently pressed before undergoing fermentation in stainless steel tanks, precisely controlled at 15 degrees Celsius for 21 days. This process is followed by a brief period of contact with oak. Our vineyards, with sandy soils, are nourished by pure Andes mountain water.

Founded in 1883 with a small vineyard nestled at the base of the Andes, known as El Trapiche, our journey began as a local venture. Over time, Trapiche has evolved into a prestigious winery, boasting over 1,000 hectares of lush vineyards. Additionally, we collaborate with more than 300 talented winemakers in the region, uniting the finest terroirs of Mendoza in our portfolio.
