Saint Véran “Au Brûlé” – Powerful and Refined Wine
The Saint Véran “Au Brûlé” is produced on a 0.80-hectare plot in Leynes. Due to its high altitude within the appellation, this wine has a powerful structure with mineral and floral notes. Aging takes place in 5- to 8-year-old oak barrels on fine lees, with weekly bâtonnage. After a maturation period of 12 months, the wine is bottled in September.
Quality Wines from Burgundy
This family-run estate in Vergisson, located in Burgundy, focuses on producing high-quality wines that reflect their terroir. Under the leadership of Pierre-Emmanuel Sangouard, the winery combines traditional methods with modern techniques.
The vineyards cover 12 hectares, spread across Vergisson and Pouilly-Fuissé. The limestone-rich clay soils and favorable microclimate contribute to wines with distinctive minerality and complexity. The focus is on Chardonnay, a grape variety that produces refined and elegant wines in this region.

The portfolio includes:
•Pouilly-Fuissé – A well-balanced wine with mineral and fruity notes, such as citrus and peach.
.Saint-Véran – A fresh wine with aromas of white flowers and ripe fruit.
•Mâcon-Villages – Accessible and vibrant, with flavors of green apple and citrus.
