After working on the family estate for twenty years, Régis Jouan and his wife founded their own company in Sury-en-Vaux in 2010.
Their vineyards cover 4.5 hectares. The estate was taken over in 2017 by their daughter Mariannick and son-in-law David Girard, who are also winemakers in Menetou-Salon.
The vines are on average 25 years old and are planted on a south-western slope which benefits from a Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soil.
